Barry Cuda

Here's his bio:
Barry Cuda is a lifeguard on the beaches of Sydney, Australia, but he's also one of the city's best surfers. He can stay on a wave for about three hours, and not wipe out.
Not only that, but he's also a good mate to Niles Crocston, and they've spent loads of time at the beach when they were kids, like racing dune buggies, making sand castles, collecting seashells, and even pestering seagulls. They even took the same surfing class together (yes, Niles is VERY good at surfing), and that was where Barry became such a talented surfer. However, when Niles left Australia for the USA, Barry went his own path, too. And went to Sydney to become a lifeguard.
But, it wasn't until a few years later when Niles returned to the Land Down Under with Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell to partake in the Annual Sydney Surf-A-Thon, where the best surfers from all around the globe compete for a chance to win $3,000,000 in cash! And, Barry happens to be a competitor in the competition, and after re-uniting with Niles, he got well acquainted with Kitty, Jake, Allison, Kimiko, Stan, and Elvis (Dudley scared him, though). This, of course, caught the attention of Snaptrap and the rest of DOOM as well, who want to win the money to pay back the cable company. He did so by posing as the mayor of Sydney, and passing out a law banning the Sydney Surf-A-Thon, and arresting all the competitors just so his goons could steal the prize money!
Of course, Kitty, Niles, Barry, and the others didn't buy into this, and did some investigating. During the investigation, the gang ran into the Pretty Kitty Crew (yes, Lizzy happens to be a competitor in the Surf-A-Thon, too), but Snaptrap was able to capture all of them!
Except for Barry, who happens to know some MMA during his lifeguard career. After defeating Snaptrap and his cronies, Barry rescued his friends and all the other competitors, and the competition went on as scheduled.
The Chief was impressed by Barry's fighting skills, and balance, and asked him if he could join TUFF as a new field agent. After talking it over with his boss, Barry resigned from lifeguarding, and joined TUFF as an aquatics expert, as well as teaching Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell how to surf, as well.
